Marine biology graduate discovers passion for conservation and fieldwork in the Everglades

She secured a highly sought-after internship conducting fieldwork with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which was instrumental in shaping her career goals.

Summer graduate wins Fulbright award to teach in Moldova
Taylor Herman wasn't sure what she wanted to do for a career until coming to USF St. Pete in 2021. During her four years on campus, she met other students, faculty and staff who inspired her to pursue studies in government and international relations. Her hard work led to a prestigious Fulbright English Teaching Assistant scholarship in Moldova.
