StrongU is a 3-part strength and wellness experience built for students, staff, and faculty. We combine community, consistency, and coaching to help you feel strong in and out of the gym. Whether you’re new to strength training or ready to take your routine to the next level, StrongU is your guide.

Our 3-day split: Upper Body | Lower Body | Cardio & Core is synced with our StrongU Group Fitness Class for extra coaching and motivation.
StrongU Group Fitness Class
- When: Mondays at 4pm
- Where: Fitness Center Studio B
- What: Follows the weekly workout split, coach live by certified trainiers who break down form, intensity, and progressions for all fitness levels.

Tutorial library - master your movements
Build gym confidence with our Equipment tutorial library and Tuesday Training Tips. Learn safe, effective techniques for free weights, cables, and more so you can train smart and stay injury-free.
