Group Fitness

Group Fitness is available at no charge for all current USF students and USF St. Petersburg Campus Recreation members. Classes offered range from Total Body Strength to Yoga and everything in between. Our instructors are nationally certified and trained to teach to all fitness levels, so everyone is welcome to join! Whether you enjoy low-impact exercise, high intensity training, dancing, or using weights, you’ll be sure to find a class that fits your interests. See schedule for upcoming class times.

Prepare for Group Fitness classes:

  • Bring your USF student ID or USF St. Petersburg Campus Recreation ID to check in
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early
  • Come dressed in Campus Recreation approved fitness attire
  • Bring a spill-proof water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Don’t forget to check the Event Schedule and social media pages daily in case of cancellations
