Group Fitness

Group Fitness is available at no charge for all current USF students and USF St. Petersburg Campus Recreation members. Classes offered range from Total Body Strength to Yoga and everything in between. Our instructors are nationally certified and trained to teach to all fitness levels, so everyone is welcome to join! Whether you enjoy low-impact exercise, high intensity training, dancing, or using weights, you’ll be sure to find a class that fits your interests. See schedule for upcoming class times.

Prepare for Group Fitness classes:

  • Register for class here BEFORE you arrive to ensure your spot
  • If a class is not posted on the registration page, it has been cancelled for that week
  • Bring your USF Student ID to enter the facility
  • Arrive 5 minutes early to Studio A or B depending on the class
  • Bring water to stay hydrated
  • Prepare to have fun!
