Permit Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for semester and annual parking permits when the refund is requested within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, or for students, up to fourteen (14) days after the first day of the semester for which the permit is purchased. Refund requests received after fourteen (14) calendar days are pro-rated based on a fee schedule*. Refunds will not be issued after the end of the fee schedule* date.

  • No refunds will be issued on payroll deduction.
  • No refunds will be issued on ParkMobile, vended, daily, events, and special (SPP) permits.
