SPRING 2024 GRAD STAMPEDE
Grad Stampede is your first chance to purchase regalia, class rings, announcements, diploma frames and covers and more! Special bundle pricing is available only during the time. Dates and times are below. This event is not required; however a one-stop shop for graduation items.

REGALIA (CAP, GOWN & Tassel)
REQUIREMENTS
Regalia (a cap with tassel and gown for bachelor’s students and a cap with tassel, gown, and hood for master’s and doctoral students) is required to participate in Commencement. Military uniforms may be worn in lieu of regalia.
Several companies may try to sell regalia. Please be certain that you are getting the USF-approved regalia.
RENTED REGALIA
USF bachelor's ($75 + tax & shipping), master's ($115.50 + tax & shipping), doctoral ($154.50 + tax & shipping) rented regalia can be ordered beginning at Grad Stampede. Orders will be sent to the address provided at the time of payment. Orders will be accompanied by a pre-paid return shipping label in which the gown (and master's/doctoral hood) must be returned following Commencement weekend. Graduates keep the cap/tam and tassel. If you missed the Friday, March 29th deadline to order, you may purchase the rented regalia at the USF Bookstore, two weeks prior to Commencement.
USF GRADUATIoN ANNOUNCEMENTS
Official USF graduation announcements provided by Herff Jones can be purchased online. Proudly featuring the USF seal, announcements are a great way to celebrate your achievement and let your loved ones know you are earning your degree.
USF CLASS RINGS
Your official USF class rings can be ordered online from Herff Jones. The website showcases a variety of styles and includes online promo codes to save during checkout. You can also visit Herff Jones representatives during ring events and Grad Stampede events throughout the year. Visit their website for dates and times to see when Herff Jones will be on campus.
HONOR SOCIETies
Undergraduate students are welcome to wear University approved stoles during the commencement ceremony. Unauthorized items may not be worn. Master’s candidates do not qualify for honors and may not wear items earned as an undergraduate student.
Undergraduate students who are members of official registered honor societies may opt to purchase and wear a stole. These items can be purchased directly from each society.
HONORS MEDALLION
Undergraduate students may purchase an honors medallion if their name is on the official
graduating with honors list that is provided by the Registrar’s Office. Only undergraduate
students wear honors medallions. Medallions are available at the bookstore two weeks
prior to Commencement.
JUDY GENSHAFT HONORS COLLEGE
Students completing the curricular and co-curricular requirements in the Judy Genshaft Honors College will receive an honors medallion and their achievement will be noted on their transcript. This recognition is separate from the Registrar’s Office honors graduation distinction, which is based solely on GPA. Judy Genshaft Honors College graduates will also be recognized in a unique ceremony hosted by the college on each of its three home campuses. Honors College eligibility questions should be directed to honors-records@usf.edu.

INTERNATIONAL SASHES
USF World will reach out to F-1 international graduates by email to place a sash order in the weeks ahead of Commencement. Please make sure you have applied to graduate, as this is the only way to let us know that you are intending to order a sash and participate in Commencement.
