STEM Boot Camp

Join the USF College of Education for our second STEM Boot Camp! Current Pinellas County teachers will learn how to integrate VEX Robotics, coding and virtual and augmented reality into their classrooms. Additionally, participants will immerse themselves in a day of Ocean & Marine Sciences at USF’s Clam Bayou. For participating in all 4 dates, each teacher will receive a technology package worth over $600.

Poetry Out Loud

Poetry Out Loud is a national poetry recitation competition for high school students, started by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation in 2005. The goal is to provide students an opportunity to read and recite great poems while enhancing their public speaking and presentation skills.

Undergraduate Research Conference

The USF Undergraduate Research Conference celebrates and showcases the contributions that undergraduates make to research in a wide range of disciplines. This spring event provides professional development and supports the dissemination of knowledge by providing a unique space for students to share ideas and discoveries. This year the spring conference will occur on April 6th, 2021and will be a virtual event.
