BREWING ARTS APPLICATION
Application to the program requires a thirst for knowledge about the craft beer industry and two college-level courses, a math course and an introductory chemistry or biology course. To complete a full application for the program, fill out the online form with contact information, relevant college-level coursework, and a statement of interest.
After we receive your application, you will be asked to email unofficial transcripts documenting the math and science prerequisites to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remove all identifiable information except for your name from the transcripts. Scanned copies are acceptable.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. If you have questions regarding the application process, contact Dr. Jennifer Sedillo, Director of the Brewing Arts Program at the USF St. Petersburg campus.
YUENGLING VETERAN SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Yuengling Veteran's Scholarship: August 2022 class, applications accepted May 16 - July 1, 2022.
- New students will need to first apply and be accepted into the program. After you are accepted, apply per the below.

Email Jennifer Sedillo, Program Director, with the following materials:
- Brief resume
- Proof of Military status (by Member 4 copy of DD214 or Military ID)**
- Personal Statement 1-2 pages – highlighting
- interest and goals in the industry (include any relevant experience)
- financial need
Please provide a scanned copy that removes personal information such as SSN as we cannot guarantee security of information sent in email. Only your name and proof of military service is needed.
Incomplete applications are accepted but may not receive priority if materials are missing. Applicants that are in the top of the application pool may be asked to a phone interview with member(s) of the committee to decide the award. Interviews will take place a month prior to the month the course begins. Decisions will be made in the same month.
