Payment Information

Housing charges are broken into three categories: application fees, rent charges, and miscellaneous charges (damage, lost keys, LLC fees, etc).

PAYMENT DEADLINES

Make sure to pay all rent by the indicated deadline for the term in question to avoid any late fees. Payments are due by the tuition deferment payment deadline for the term in question, as determined by Student Accounting Services.

All financial information including charges, balances, and deferment statuses can be viewed through the OASIS system. Within OASIS, the University's priority system will allocate payments toward tuition charges prior to housing charges. In order to meet housing payment deadlines related to move-in access, we suggest that residents utilize the Housing & Residential Education payment options below to pay housing charges.

Online in OASIS, Mastercard, Discover credit & debit cards, and electronic checks.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN OASIS

STEP 1: Login to OASIS using your USF NetID.

STEP 2: Select "Student"

STEP 3: Select "Tuition & Fees"

STEP 4: Select "View Account Summary and Pay My Bill"

STEP 5: Your charges from the University of South Florida will show up by term. Once you have seen your current balance please select "Student Bill Payment" to access the payment portal. HELPFUL TIP! This will be the same place where you pay for Tuition and Meal Plan.

STEP 6: Once you select on "Student Bill Payment," you will be directed to the OASIS payment portal and it will take a few minutes to load. Please do not click back. Once the screen loads, select "Make a Payment."

STEP 7: Select "Make a Payment" again.

STEP 8: Once you are redirected to the next screen, you will be able to see all the charges on your account for Housing, Meal Plan, Tuition and Fees, and/or any other charges that may apply to you. If you have been charged a Housing Application Fee or Housing Rent, you will see these charges individually below your current account balance and future due. Please note you will be able to change the amount you want to pay by inserting the desired amount next to the total due. Once you select what you are paying for and insert the amount you want to pay, please continue through the options and complete the payment. VISA cards are not accepted.
