RHA Purpose
Our Residence Hall Association (RHA) is dedicated to enhancing the residential experience by fostering a vibrant and engaged community. Through innovative programming, impactful events, and proposal development, we empower residents to create a supportive and dynamic living environment. RHA serves as the voice of the residential community, striving to improve the quality of life for all students by promoting leadership, collaboration, and positive change within campus housing.
RHA is designed as a student-run organization advised by the Residence Life Coordinator. The positions within RHA are President, Vice-President, Administrative Coordinator, Programming Chair, and Marketing Chair.
- RHA Meets the last Wednesday of every month in the Osprey Multipurpose room.
Mission
RHA aims to enhance students' residential experience by providing spectacular events, a platform for their concerns to be heard, and a community of supportive, like-minded individuals through meetings. Additionally, RHA seeks to give students insight into the Housing & Residential Education system and other RHAs nationwide. Finally, being part of the RHA e-board offers experience in planning events, proposals, and promotional items.
Vision
Resident Hall Association will create an all-encompassing, and supportive residential community at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, where students feel empowered to grow, connect, and lead. We strive to enhance the student experience through collaboration, engagement, and leadership development, fostering an environment that encourages personal growth, academic success, and meaningful relationships within our residence halls.
