| February 10 | Fall/Spring 2023-24 Room Selection Round 1 Ends (Open to Returning Students) |
| February 27 | Spring Room Change/Swap Request Form Closes at 12 p.m. in the Housing Portal

Fall/Spring 2023-24 Room Selection Round 2 Begins (Open to First Year Students) Priority Deadline for all ADA requests |

Spring Move-Out will be on Friday May 5th, all residential students must vacate the halls by 11AM. Please follow all check out instructions posted in your Resident Hall. For Move Out exception requests, please email the Housing Coordniator as soon as possible. |
| May 12 | Summer Terms A/AB/C move in. For Information on move in please check the move in information page. |
June 2023 |

| June 15 | Summer-Fall 2023 Break Stay Request Form Opens in the Housing Portal |
| June 23 | Summer Term B move in. For Information on move in please check the move in information page. |
| June 24 | Summer Term A move out. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |
July 2023 |

| July 22 | Summer Term C move out. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |

Summer-Fall 2022 Break Stay Request Form Closes in the Housing Portal

| August 5 | Summer Terms AB and B move out. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |
| August 16th/August 17th/August 18th | Fall 2023 move in process begins. Check the move in page for more information. |
September 2023 |

| September 1 | 2024 Spring Only Housing Application Opens in the Housing Portal |
November 2023 |

| November 15 | 2024-25 Housing Applications Open in the Housing Portal |
December 2023 |

| December 8 | Fall 2023 term ends. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |
