| December 8 | Fall 2023 term ends. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |

Spring Move-In will begin on Friday, January 5th between 9AM-4PM. |

Spring Room Change/Swap Request Form Opens at 9 a.m. in the Housing Portal |
February 2024 |

Fall/Spring 2024-25 Room Selection Round 1 Begins (Open to Returning Students) Priority Deadline for all ADA requests |

February 29 |
Fall/Spring 2024-25 Room Selection Round 1 Ends (Open to Returning Students). Spring Room Change/Swap Request Form Closes at 9 a.m. in the Housing Portal |
March 2024 |

Fall/Spring 2024-25 Room Selection Round 2 Begins (Open to First Year Students) |

Priority Deadline for Residential Community Program Applications. |
| April 29 | Spring-Summer 2025 Break Stay Request Form Closes in the Housing Portal. |

| May 3 | Spring Move-Out will be on Friday May 5th, all residential students must vacate the
halls by 11AM. Please follow all check out instructions posted in your Resident Hall.
For Move Out exception requests, please email the Housing Coordniator as soon as possible. |
| May 10 | Summer Terms A/AB/C move in. For Information on move in please check the move in information page. |
June 2024 |

| June 12 | Summer-Fall 2024 Break Stay Request Form Opens in the Housing Portal |
| June 21 |
Summer Term B move in. For Information on move in please check the move in information page. |
| June 22 |
Summer Term A move out. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |
July 2024 |

| July 20 | Summer Term C move out. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |
| July 22 | Summer-Fall 2024 Break Stay Request Form Closes in the Housing Portal |
August 2024 |

| August 3 | Summer Terms AB and B move out. All students must vacate the halls by 11 AM. |
| August 21,22,23 | Fall 2024 move in process begins. Check the move in page for more information. |

| September 1 | 2025 Spring Only Housing Application Opens in the Housing Portal |

| November TBD | 2024-25 Housing Applications Open in the Housing Portal |
