Event Calendar Submission Guidelines

The following guidelines are for having an event promoted on the Event Calendar and in the Event Newsletter:

  • A traditional/reoccurring campus event for 3 or more years that receives consistently significant attendance (100+) (examples include Get on Board Day, Cardboard Boatrace, Late-night Breakfast, Sailebration, Admitted Students Day)

  • A USF event open to the public that is hosted on or nearby campus (public talks, art exhibits, St. Petersburg Science Festival, Bulls & Brews by the Bay, MLK Awards Banquet)

  • A large public event nearby campus that utilizes university resources (St. Petersburg Grand Prix, etc.)

Please note: Submit content at least 2 weeks prior to it being displayed on the calendar.
