If over the past decade you were one of the many students cramming for finals or putting the finishing touches on a research project until the midnight hours in the library, you have Samuel Holloway III to thank. The librarian who works the late-night shift will be retiring next month.

Nelson Poynter Memorial Library

The USF St. Petersburg campus library is home to 200,000 books and provides access to more than 720,000 ebooks, 18,000 streaming films and documentaries, and librarians who specialize in all offered majors. The USF St. Petersburg campus library also houses tech centers, online learning, cultural events, and an array of resources focused on student success.
