Multicultural Organization Development (MCOD)
Goal #2 Objectives
DOS staff members will make a plan each semester to ensure ongoing training based on multicultural competencies to promote continued education for the entire team.
- DOS unit will share DEI trainings across the unit
Incorporate article/video review and discussion in small groups setting
- Unit/department heads will host/facilitate discussion open to the campus on DEI videos or articles.
Support DEI Conference through action.
- Propose programing
- Engage in volunteer work
- Attend campus wide programming
