Goal #1 Objectives

Objective #1
Identify some no cost options to advertise positions in groups that are aligned with diversity, equity, inclusion goals and create shared lists.

  1. All staff complied a list of 33 different non-cost options to post and 12 fee based options to post open positions. - (Completed/ongoing) 

Objective #2
Advocate for budget/funding to utilize fee based diverse posting sites.

  1. Analyze unit costs vs individual department costs - (In Progress)

  3. Propose one-time funding for a year for all departments or division - (In Progress)
  4. Benchmarking across AAU institutions, Top 25 universities, and other SUS schools - (In Progress)

Objective #3
Develop a diverse professional network in order to expand opportunities to reach diverse candidate pools.

Objective #4
Develop stronger strategy for DEI information and commitment being shared with candidates throughout process
