Multicultural Organization Development (MCOD)

Multicultural organization development (MCOD) is a process of change that supports an organization moving from a monocultural – or exclusive – organization to a multicultural – or inclusive, diverse and equitable – organization.

Goal #1

All DOS position openings will be advertised in a variety of diverse hiring platforms with a committed budget line being added for this specific purpose by July 1, 2022.

Goal #2

Every DOS staff member will participate in three (3) professional development activities, per academic year, related to multicultural competencies and report the activities to their immediate supervisor.
