students, learn about USF St. Petersburg campus, and more! Be sure to register for

Learning Journeys: Learning Journeys are faculty- or staff-led activities, focusing on an academic specialty,
hobby, or interest of the faculty or staff member. Geared towards second-year and
transfer students, Learning Journeys provide an opportunity for students to learn
more about potential career paths while getting to know faculty and staff outside
of the classroom.
Go for the Gold Workshop Series: The COMPASS Go for the Gold workshop series will provide Bulls with all the tools
they need to succeed. With specific tracks for first-year, second-year, and transfer
students, Bulls will have personalized support in a workshop format. Through this
series, we will cover topics that support students' academic, professional, and personal
growth. By attending at least six workshops throughout the semester, students will
receive giveaways that help them showcase their Bulls pride. Be a Bull. Take Charge. Go for the Gold!
The Network
The Network consists of a variety of interest groups that you can join to make connections
with other students who share that interest, hobby, or passion of yours. Each Network
is led by Peer Coaches who will help you connect in group activities as well as one-on-one
with other new students. Through regular meetings throughout the semester, the Network
provides flexible opportunities for you to develop meaningful connections and successfully
transition to college and to life as a Bull by the Bay.
- Meet People: The Network is a great way to meet students who share a similar interest, passion, or common experience.
