Log-in to your Handshake account to access the many of our services and resources. Need help logging in?

Virtual Appointments
Request an appointment and choose Video or Phone Call option. Your career coach will send you a link to click in order to connect to an online virtual appointment room or call you at the number you specify. If you prefer a phone call, please include the direct phone number you would like your career coach to call. Appointment Types: Career Coaching (Exploration), Job Searching, Mock Interview, Grad School

Virtual Resume/Cover Letter Critiques
Upload your resume to the Documents section of Handshake. We will review your resume within two business days and approve or follow-up with suggested edits. 

Job Searching/Internship Search
Search Handshake’s thousands of job postings for opportunities. Use the Career Center’s website for additional help in searching.

LinkedIn Learning
Utilize this free tool in your my.usf.edu portal under Learning Tools. There are thousands of courses including tips on job searching, career exploration, etc. You can even earn certificates to post on your LinkedIn Page.

Virtual Backgrounds
It is important that your background not detract from your interview or your skills. Use these simple USF branded backgrounds in lieu of your bedroom backdrop. These are great for interviews or even class. Click the image to download or click the link below to download a mirrored version. Be sure to preview your settings on a test call prior to your interview, sometime the image appears backwards if you don’t adjust settings or upload already mirrored image.
