Information Desk
The USF St. Petersburg Information Desk serves as your guide to the University. Stop by the University Student Center to find out anything there is to know about the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus and its resources.
An Information Desk Attendant is always available in person, by phone, or by email.

Package Services
Student package services are conveniently located at the Information Desk within the University Student Center. The Information Desk processes all incoming packages for students currently living on campus. Once a package has been processed, the student will receive an email/text notification letting them know that the package has been logged and is ready for pick up. Be sure to bring your USF ID card to sign-out the package.
The major carriers we receive packages from are USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and DHL.
