Can I leave a flyer at the information desk?

Registered student organizations and university departments can request approval for their brochure/flyer to be made available at the USC Information Desk. Just swing by the USC Information Desk and speak to an Information Desk Attendant. You can only advertise for events after you’ve reserved the space & received a confirmation.

Are e-scooters allowed in the building?

No.  Please secure your e-scooter and other micromobility devices outside of buildings at a bike rack.

Per USF Regulation No. USF4.0011, bringing electric scooters and similar devices inside buildings creates fire, safety, and accessibility hazards.  Devices found in buildings will be removed at the owner's risk and owners may be referred for disciplinary action.

How can I connect to wi-fi?

USF uses eduroam, an encrypted and secure network with thousands of hotspots all over the world. Once you connect to eduroam, you’ll be automatically connected to an available hotspot no matter where you go on and off-campus, even if you travel internationally. It’s also much safer than public WiFi and helps protect your personal data and information.

There are several step-by-step guides depending on your device (Android iOS, iPhone and iPad, Mac and Windows), along with information on how to connect to the guest wireless network.

If you need wi-fi for your conference, let your event planner know!
