Spring 2027 Application

Step 1: Complete the Housing Application

Complete the housing application in the Housing Portal.

All first-time-in-college campus residents are required to select a meal plan as part of the application.

Step 2: Submit the application fee

Submit your $50 application fee. Be sure to complete this step for your application to be fully submitted!

Step 3: Complete orientation reservation

Reserve and pay for your orientation session. Please make sure you have paid your application fee in order to register for an orientation time slot.

Note: Orientation registration will open in October! Click here to register for orientation.

Step 4: your Room assignment

Once you have completed all three steps above, Housing and Residential Education staff will assign you to an available space, utilizing your housing preferences, on a rolling basis beginning as early as October.

Students should check their USF email regularly for spring room assignment updates.

If you are interested in living in a Residential Community Program, please email stp-resed@usf.edu to see if any rooms are available in your desired RCP.

Room Changes

Based on availability, room changes will take place beginning January 25. Housing & Residential Education cannot guarantee that there will be rooms available for change.
