Purchase a phone or ATA

To purchase a new phone or faxing adapter (ATA) an accountable officer will need to complete and submit the Communication Services Request Form.

• All new phone purchases come with a 1-year warranty.
• New communication devices will be assigned a unique phone number (unless replacing an existing device).
• Device locations are registered with Pinellas County 911 Services.

A Communication Services Request Form is required for all new phone and ATA purchases. This form is used to purchase Cisco IP phones, Cisco IP conference phones, and Cisco ATA devices.
