Merging our Past & Present to Forge a Brighter Future

The Diversity & Inclusion Conference is a OneOMA initiative, which its purpose is to enhance the learning, understanding, and development of concepts surrounding diversity, inclusion, and social justice for the USF system and students, faculty, and staff of Florida colleges and universities. The workshops provided will focus on three sub themes, which are resiliency, racial battle fatigue, and celebrating excellence. These intentional workshops will explore real and important conversations, while celebrating the hard work we all have done.

Conference Registration

This year’s conference will be conducted in a hybrid format. To maintain social distancing, in-person attendance is capped at 200. Participants can also register and attend the conference virtually. More details will be sent to all registered participants.

For USF Faculty and Staff

Below are the steps you will take to register if you are using DEPARTMENTAL FUNDS. Please DO NOT use your P-Card:

1. Under the registration group, please select “In Person Conference Registration – USF Faculty/Staff (Paid by Departmental Funds)” or “Virtual Conference Registration – USF Faculty/Staff (Paid by Departmental Funds)

2. This section will be no charge. If you are registering more than one person, you will first register the first person and complete the registration form. After completing the firs registration, you will click “continue shopping” and do this process for each person you are registering. Please DO NOT register one person and select a quantity of tickets. We need the information of all the people you are registering and not just one person’s information.

3. Please make sure you complete the Chatfield information at the bottom of the registration form. Your department will be charge a $15 registration (per person) fee after the conference.
