Order Transcripts

In keeping with USF’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Office of the Registrar is offering remote services only, which limits our transcript services.

You may continue to order PDF, mailed and Fed-ex transcripts online through Oasis in myUSF or directly from Credentials Solutions. We are unable to process any in-person, pick-up or notarized transcript requests at this time.

Do you have a supplemental form? While we are unable to print, sign and seal documents remotely, we will work with the requesting party to confirm student record information via email with your, the student’s, written permission. You may provide permission two ways:

1. Send request from your USF email address to the registrar office
2. Upload a request that is signed and dated by the student and send it from an external email address.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts can be ordered through OASIS at a cost of $10.00 per copy.

NOTE: There is a $2.35 handling charge for online orders.

TranscriptsPlus® by Credentials Solutions, Inc. is the university’s designated agent for processing and sending official paper and electronic transcripts for USF alumni and currently enrolled students who order through OASIS.

The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as a printed paper transcript, and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process. Delivery and responses to inquiries regarding all electronic transcript transactions will be provided by Credentials Solutions, Inc. Transcript orders may also be placed by calling Credentials Solutions at 847-716-3005.

NOTE: There is an additional $15 operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone.

Enrollment Certificate Request

In keeping with USF’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Office of the Registrar is offering remote services only, which limits our enrollment certification services.

If you need an enrollment certification, please follow these steps below to print a certification through your OASIS account.

At this time, enrollment certifications that require a University seal are unable to be processed via remote services.

Enrollment certifications are available through Oasis and can be printed following three easy steps:

  1. Log into Oasis using your Net ID
  2. Click STUDENT > STUDENT RECORDS > REQUEST PROOF OF ENROLLMENT
  3. Choose the type of certification you require (Enrollment, History, Good-Student Discount) and print.

If you are unable to access REQUEST PROOF OF ENROLLMENT  through Oasis, submit an Enrollment Certification Request to the Office of The Registrar.

Residency Reclassification

A Request for Reclassification and additional documentation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar no later than the fifth day before the first week of the semester for which reclassification is sought. There are no exceptions to this deadline. Requests received after the published deadline will be considered for a future term only, and tuition will be assessed at the non-resident rate for that term. Please note, until a decision has been made on your request, you should consider yourself a non-Florida resident for tuition purposes. It is your responsibility to adhere to all fee payment deadlines for the term. If you are approved for in-state residency after payment is made, you will be refunded the out-of-state portion of your fees.

If you are submitting a Request for Reclassification for Summer term you must do so by the deadline specified, regardless of when your classes begin. The domicile year for which your request is evaluated is also the same and not depending on your summer class schedule.

If you have questions or concerns about your particular circumstances, please email the Office of the Registrar.
